Andre Frias Rocha Somaglino - Commercial Director

MBA in Finance from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He has 15 years' experience in the energy, naval and oil & gas sectors, dealing with the commercial aspects of public tender bids, requirements and contracts.

Fernando Magalhães Neto - Technical Director

MBA in Marketing from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas RJ (FGV), Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He has 10 - years' experience of Industrial Activities (Equipment Fabrication, Local Supply Chain Development, Operation and Maintenance, etc), 5 - years' experience with EPC Contracts (Construction of New Industrial Plants, Commissioning, Operational and Technical Training, etc.) and 12 - years' experience of the Brazilian oil & gas market (onshore and offshore).

Armando Maia Neto - Administrative & Financial Manager

Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro - PUC. He has worked in the energy, oil and gas industry for the last 7 years, after 10 years of experience as a sales representative for industrial minerals in Brazil and a further 10 of experience working in the mining and shipping sectors.

Fernando Menezes - Industrial Sales Manager

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Data Processing Technologist with a Technical Background Certificate issued by the CEFET. Relevant experience in industrial instrumentation and automation; formerly provider of services to Petrobras, he worked at the REDUC for 28 years - in refinery maintenance and duct and transport engineering. He joined Tecnoil in 1994 to take charge of the Industrial Area (including boilers steam turbine generators, pressure vessels, reactors, etc.).

Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business with specialization in the USA. Professor at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Lecturer at conferences in Brazil and overseas. Consultant on Strategic Planning and Process Design Engineering. As an Information Technology Expert he has held posts as a director for a financial conglomerate, a trading company and an international association for IT end users and office automation. He has projected, implemented and administered companies in the aviation and security segments. He joined Tecnoil in the year 2000.

Leonardo José R. Bello - Integrated Services Manager

MBA from the FGV and COPPETEC, Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma with US Six Sigma; Supply Chain issued by MIT and the European Institute of Purchasing Management; Bachelor of Science in Economics. Over 15 years' experience in Brazil, the United States and Africa in various areas of the supply chain, including procurement and logistics among others. He worked in the retail business for Heineken, among others; the Iron Ore sector, for Thyssen Krupp and in the oil & gas sector for Schlumberger and Weatherford International. He is currently responsible for the Integrated Services and New Business Unit at Tecnoil.

Renato Phebo - Shipping Sales Manager

He has extensive knowledge of foreign trade for the maritime transport sector, far-reaching experience in the worldwide project cargo market.
